Will Asklivio work on my website?
Livio can be integrated into WordPress, Elementor, TYPO3, static websites and many website builders. Your website needs to allow custom scripts or embeds. Need a hand? We are happy to help with the initial setup – this support is included in the one-time setup fee.
What does it cost to use Livio?
Livio costs €49 per month, including one default language. Each additional language costs €5 per month; you can add up to five more languages. The one-time setup fee is €149, including support to get started. Custom extensions are charged separately only by prior agreement. No hidden costs.
Can I customise Livio to match my practice’s design?
Yes. You can give your chatbot its own name and customise the colours and logo to match your practice. The chat widget fits naturally into your website and becomes a familiar point of contact for your patients.
Can I create my own conversations and edit the text?
Of course. In the Livio Flow Builder, you can edit ready-made conversations or create your own questions, answers and conversation steps – no coding required. You decide which information your chatbot provides and how it guides your patients through an enquiry.
